I shop on Amazon.in and pay it from paytm payment bank bank through UPI..I cancelled my order..then amazon.in is saying that they will initiate my amount of 149 .they also give me an refund reference no.#929220345105. I called amazon customer care they said transaction has initiate but there is no refund in my account.. i called paytm bank says ..there are also saying no refund has initiate in …now what can I do..please me and also help other people who lodged complaint about this type of matter

Same prblm with me amount of 990 refund is intiated but didn’t got in paytm bank account.
