Respected sir,
I initiated the refund successful but the coustomer has received
This situation is happened on my Paytm merchant account
A man send 23800 rupess to my merchant account and I received it but I don’t want to settled the amount so I initiated the refund instant to the same person but he has not received.
The payment received by me on 31 aug 2022 and refund initiate also on 31aug 2022
I will provide you the screenshot of that payment and transaction I’d
I will try to connect with payment but they don’t take it problem seriously
