Sobject:- Complaint against Flipkart Company Regarding Refund .
Respected sir/madam,
I am shivani order ID- OD120274993819644000,i had purchase a HP14s Core i3 10th Gen.-(8GB/512GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) laptop,amount 46,990/- from flipkart company cash on delivery on dated 27-11-2020 but some battery issue i return it to flipkart on dated 2-12-2020. so they said your refund money back through online system when you add your bank details in your flipkart site . but my refund is not credit into my account till now as per given to flipkart by me. when i talked with flipkart regarding my refund query they said refund is initiated on dated 23-12-2021 with referance no.- NFT-122300429gn00044 but due to wrong account no. (extra digits)so it has autoreturn to remitter namely FLIPKART PRIVATE LIMITED ACCOUNT NO.2050243000 ifsci code DEUT07978GL. Than again i talked to flipkart please refunf my amount and correct my account no. then they said from flipkart your refund was again initiated by us on dated 1-01-2021 with same reference no. nd it will reflected in your bank till 08-01-2021. but i waited for several days or even months but the money was not credit in my account . then flipkart again said to me please send your bank details and concern with your bank then i was concern my bank any give uppdated bank statement to me that statement i was send to flipkart by a mail. then again i waited and flipkart provided no resolution to me and they said please concern with your bank grievance cell and raise a dispute form and fill a charge back form then i filled this form and concern with my bank & my bank said there was no amount is credit or initiated in your account on dated 01-01-2021 to 8-01-2021 . so i call to flipkart again and they are not provide a resolution to me and my refund money .so i want to raise a compaint against FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.
