its already 1 year when ola launched its vehicle in 15th august I booked it by paying 500 rupees then made a payment of 19500 in September for the advance payment through there payment portal.ola said to deliver the vehicle and take remaining 90000 rupees or so upon delivery which was expected in December but they didn’t deliver it , cases of fire in battery vehicles case increased and hence I cancelled the order. Ola team refunded 500 of initial booking but the remaining 19500 advance payment have not been refunded. Upon mailing them more than 10 times they are not able to refund the 19500.
