Tried booking a ticket on July 1st however the process was not successful. My account was debited but upon calling with the customer care team over and over for refund for over a month have not received refund. They only extend the date for the refund other than that no action is taken from them. Fully frustrated with the pathetic service from Travel Look, one of the worst experience i am going through from the travel agency. I really hope they don’t fool the customer- This all leads to one way- Customer dissatisfaction. Seeing so many issues with refund reported here, i believe the company does not care about the customer at all.
