Hi there,
Nearly ending one month of the incident, I still find Flipkart team as immensely helpless, unprofessional and senseless when it comes to resolving even the simplest issue.
I tried sharing every detail with them as coordinated with the bank but still, it was more like a helpless effort.
Incident :
I have placed an order on Flipkart on 30 August,2020 from a prepaid debit card for which I have been charged for INR699 from my card.
After 5-7 mins, I canceled the same order and ever since, I’m expecting Flipkart to refund the same money.
Since then I’m struggling every single day coordinating with the Flipkart customer support team to get it to resolve but they’re not willingly prepared to help but also go beyond claiming that its my fault that I shop on Flipkart.
Strange, Absurd… Isn’t it?
With the hope of reaching someone who could help in resolving or taking necessary actions in this entire incident, asap.
