I applied for a jio Fibre connection (booking number-NOV0000FO5V66) The customer representative came and did the booking took the money and all. Later i was told that there is no service available in your area so please cancel the booking. So i did that on Nov 23 2020 and I got the message that your order is cancelled and your refund will be initiated by next 15 working days. I haven’t received any refunds till now. There customer number is not working. I mailed and tweeted about the matter and I get the same rubbish replies”we are working on it on priority basis we will soon resolve your issue” but they don’t.
