I booked the product on September 5th and received it on 11th September. I tried accessing it but the battery wasn’t enough for me to continue. Then I’ve charged it for two hours and then tried using it, it was okay for 5 minutes and again the charge drained. I’ve contacted boat and asked for a refund and also returned the product on September 20. After that I didn’t get the refund at all. I’ve contacted boat’s customer care and they said that “we have sent the money and it’ll take a week for you to get it in hand”. I’ve waited from then but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received the refund yet.
