I bought a flight ticket on January, 2020 through Travelgenio agency website. However, because of covid 19, my flight was cancelled, and the airlines which is Korean Air sent me an email to inform the cancelation. They offered me to contact Travelgenio to get refund. Then, I asked Travelgenio for refund on February, 2020. Travelgenio agent said that I would get a refund after 90 days. But now, it has been a year, I still haven’t gotten any money yet. A month ago, I called again, and a guy from Travelgenio told me my request was rejected by airlines with no reason. Then, I called Korean Air. The airline said there is no way its been rejected as Travelgenio has full control of my refund. Airlines also suggested Travelgenio to call back to them for confirmation. But Travelgenio denied to do so. I feel like they are trying to steal my money. I want to file a claim against Travelgenio.
