I ordered iphone 14 plus which of rupees 66098 on 31 Dec 2023. I opted for EMI option on my debit card. On the same day I cancelled the order. Bank has not received the refund. On Feb 5, 2023 bank debited first EMI from my account of rupees 8077. I contacted bank and they told that refund has not been received. I contacted Flipkart regarding the refund, and they told that refund has been completed and amount credited to bank. I was running between Flipkart and ICICI Bank for past three weeks with no solution. I’m paying for the product which I didn’t buy.
