Booking date was 16th July 2022.
Booking denied by hotel and cancelled by Oyo Room customer executive.
They promised to refund the booking money (mail attached) within 14days.
But the has not been credited yet.
I have mailed many times to help@oyosupport.com.
But no response received from their end. I have contacted through call to Oyo support. They hold my call for more than 30 minutes (many times) ,and then disconnected without informing me.
It’s already more than 3 months passed.
Please do the needful.
