I had booked a flight ticket from Srinagar to Kolkata and Kolkata to Srinagar. After I cancelled it directly calling Indigo, they instantly initiated a refund and confirmed via mail. The refund was a 100% too as it was in a 24hrs looking period. Since that day it has been 4 months I continuously mailed and called Happyeasygo to give a refund they had promised to send within 90 days max. Till date they did not do it. This is totally a fraud. The tickets cost Rs. 35000/- The customer service executives are of no help they only speak like robots saying the same thing to wait for 10-15 days since months. I don’t know how they are running such fraudulent websites! I have been face such harassment . Now I am seriously tired and I request serious action must be taken against this site. I even insisted them to initiate a credit so that I can book flight with that amount. But still no avail.
