Had booking with Zoomcar from 7th August 2020 to 12th August 2020 and they asked me to cancel it as they were asking extra money, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in their policy and I refused to pay that. Now I am waiting for my refunds which is 3440 INR. I tried to contact them via customer care, twitter but still no action taken from there side. Please help in this regard.
