Due to ZOOMCAR pickup and Drop services, I suffered lot during journey and the local driver in Delhi totally misguided us and his behavior is also very arrogant. At the pickup time, we waited for 2 hours for him to come and during drop also he refuses to pick the car. They imposes extra penalty in my prepaid booking because I parked the car at Nizamuddin railway station. But again this step is misguided by the driver, he told me that he will not come just park the car in parking. I want compensation from zoom car from providing me late car at pickup, for misguiding to at refuel also, and finally at drop time also I wasted 2 hour to park the car due to which we are unable to take dinner from station.
