Hello Sir,

I made a booking with Zoomcar on 21st of October 2020 and my booking id is JPS6NT1CC and cancelled the same on 23rd of October. I used credit card to pay 15,768 INR. Now it is coming to 4 months and i am not getting any replies from them and neither i am getting to talk to any of the company employees.

Can you help me in this situation please?
