I have booked a zoomcar for 26th Nov 2020 but due to unavailability of the car the zoomcar customer executive called me and cancelled my booking and told me that the refund will be initiated. But till now I have not got any refund. My refund amount is Rs 7,744. I seriously doubt that this is some kind of fraud.
