On 14th May 2025, I paid my enrollment fee of 14,553 for the Acca course to Zell Education after having different call sessions with their councellors. But after I made my payment I found various testimonies and Acca affiliates claiming that Zell failed to provide the service they promised to them. And after hearing this and doing my research I decided to take back my enrollment from Zell immediately within 24 hrs. I talked to the counsellor who was assigned to me and claimed a refund and it was the best time for me to withdraw as classes had not even started yet. But after that they made me wait two days and then my counsellor connected me to their manager who was very rude and judgmental and he offered me compensation in the form of a pre-recorded lecture for the business technology paper. But I refused to do so and then he told me to write emails to their management requesting a refund after writing the mail I got a reply from their executive that their team would look into my matter. Then after 1 day, I got a call from my counsellor who was assigned to me earlier saying that I would get the refund by another method where they would punch the payment of another student into my account once it was made by one of their potential students. And for this asked me to wait for another 11 days, from 19th May to 31st May and she promised me a full refund. She also mentioned that they are going through this method because the regular way of getting the refund from Zell is a lengthy process and this would make my refund process get settled quickly. Then I agreed and waited for the timeline she told me to. But on 4th June after waiting for so long when I asked her for an update she told me that the student who was about to get the batch had demanded more than 1 month to make the payment. So to get my refund I will have to go through the regular method now. And then she promised me that she would connect me to her manager and would settle this out. After waiting for so long just to get connected to her manager I was connected to some customer executives to whom I had to explain the whole situation once again and after hearing the whole story he told me to wait for a few hours and he will get back to me after hearing from his management and then yesterday at 5:00 clock I get a call from him saying to submit the proof that I was promised a refund from Zell and the management will once again investigate and will give me an update after one week. I feel that Zell education is just neglecting my query and they are testing my patience the sum of 14,553 is a huge amount for my family and especially for my father. Who is in worry due to their negligence. The professionalism that Zell portrays in the market is somewhat missing in their conduct. I have been in a lot of emotional distress since the 14th of May and I am being blamed at my home due to this. I will also be attaching proof of chats that I was promised a refund from their counsellor. I have been calling and messaging her every day since the 14th of may to get an update on the refund. They are playing tricks to just neglect it. I am just demanding a fair refund that was promised by them to me. But I feel that they are not interested in catering for my genuine query and neglecting it just to keep my money. * I have a pdf of proof of chats that I was promised a refund but the site is not allowing me to upload it and it is requesting only an image so I have only uploaded an image where I am being promised a refund. And I have various chats where I have been promised the same.
