Text of Complaint by Arpita:

On 30 march,2024 I purchased the cfa course from zell education. The counsellor told me to send the payment to confirm the admission. Along with that he told me to send the bank statements etc. so much formalities. When I sent the payment, one person from finance team told me that my admission is not confirm led till I send the bank statements and various documents. So between 24 hours when I got to know that zell education is a fraud, I decided to cancel my admission as it was not confirmed yet. So I didn’t sent my documents yet and I asked for refund between 24 hours. The finance person said that we had already given your payment to the teacher and refund is not possible. He said we also sent you the first lecture in the morning . I didn’t receive any lecture. I talked to the counsellor about the refund he said within 45 days you’ll get back the money. After a week he asked for account no, bank name, holder name. I sent mail to zell education and the counsellor within 72 hours. After 45 days I didn’t got any refund. I have asked counsellor many times about it. He always says I have not got any update from the team. Now it is about 70 days and I haven’t got my refund. It is in zell education’s policy that any student can ask for refund between 72 hours and even I had but didn’t got it.
