I booked my Tickets from Yatra.com with reference no YT35605110. My flights got cancelled by Airline and when I call the yatra customer care they said they don’t have information on when my refund will get processed and how much refund will be processed? this is pathetic.
I want my money back

We would like to inform you that Your refund of INR 99302.00 and INR 3622.00 has been processed from our end on 02 May and 06 May. Please note, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
