Text of Complaint by Himalay Makawana:

I applied for portability of my phone number to Vi online and paid 299₹ on 20/Feb/2023 02:01:44 for the plan. Next day a delivery guy form Vi delivered me Sim card and asked for my Adharcard for Verification. He filled my Father’s Name as a customer name and my name as a father and Vi(delivery guy of Vi) generated that SIM in the name of my Father. Then i received an auto acknowledged email from Vi on my registered email address, in which they mentioned my CIF number, Contact number, My date of birth, My father’s name in Customer name section and My name in Father’s name section. I tried alot to contact Vi customer support..so that they can correct/fix their mistake and generate my phone number sim on my name. But instead of helping me they said they can’t do anything. They said i can cancel my portability request but i won’t get my refund. I canceled my portability request but they’re denying me refund.
