I have booked my tickets on 9th July through Travolook. My payment was completed and then I received a call from their team that my ticket is not booked from the airline’s end. So they cancelled my ticket and said that the money will be refunded within 10-15 business days. But from 9th July, till today, 29th August, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. The amount is 10800, which is very big for me and they are just not ready to return my money. In every call/email, they are just saying that my refund will process in next 5-10 days. It will now be 2 months since I am waiting for my refund.
