I have not been able to use my wallet balance for the last 15 days. I mailed attaching the error message, spoke to the persons concerned but to no avail. Phone banking officers disconnect the call abruptly just repeating the same message that it will get resolved within 24 hours. What to do? Am I to go to the press and lodge a police complain?

This is a new way now they started to harras customers. In my case of failed booking of December 2021 they have yet not issued refund to me till date. Now they are creating problems in using your wallet balance.
