I booked a ticket on 22nd August 2021. The ticket got canceled from their end soon after the payment got processed. I got a call telling me that the refund will be processed within 15 working days. I haven’t received the refund till now. Every time I call at the support, I am told to wait. But nothing seems to happen. My booking reference ID is REF812449915 for flight ticket booking for my father, from New Delhi to Jammu
