This is Regarding Reference nos – REF042871217 for failed transaction from Travolook. I had done payment of Rs 5543 on date 7-12-21 through Travolook for air ticket booking & the payment was deducted from my source but the transaction was failed from their end & the money is not yet refunded & my source account. They also sent email several times saying the money will be refunded in 7-10 days but i have not received any refund back till now .
Please help me .
