I booked flight ticket through Travolook website on January 2nd 2022. Unfortunately they cancelled it and said refund will be done in 10 to 15 working days to my bank account. Now, travolook agent says it wont refund to bank account but will be credited to the website wallet which I have to use it in future for booking purpose but I wont travel anymore so I cant waste that money also I called them and requested them to refund to my bank account from which i did booking, still they didnt agree. I hoping a help to get that refund to my bank account.
