I had booked through travolook.in website for tickets from Denver to SFO through them with ICICI credit card online. The message was the ticket booking is under process and the status will be know the following day . I was informed through phone and by mail that they cancelled due to operation issues and refund will be processed . I got a mail on may 7, 2022 that I will get the refund to my credit card account within 15 days and till now there is no refund . Looks like a unethical company !
