I had tried to book a flight through travolook on 18th Dec 2021 but the initial transaction got auto cancelled amounting to INR 5666/- vide Ref No. REF222846891 for which i was told trough a email communication that i will get the refund in a week but its been almost 2 months now and i have still not received the refund and everytime i am being told that it will take 7-10 days and nobody replies on email ehen you ask for the transaction details which has been initiated by travolook for refund which as per them will take 7-10 days.
I need my refund on priority.
