I have booked flight ticket from Hyderabad to madurai with TRAVOLOOK ,Amount has been debited,later i received message stating due to technical issues my ticket has been not confirmed,Regarding this i made complaint on the same day to customer care ,They told it will be refunded within 7 working days,but still amount has refunded inspite of doing multiple call to customer care
