I booked an air ticket on 3rd July 2022 for Mumbai – Udaipur sector for travel date 30th August 2022 via the travel portal travolook.in. This booking was confirmed on the second attempt, but I was charged for both the attempts by travolook and I am yet to receive the refund of the first attempt for which the booking was not confirmed. The travolook booking reference number for unconfirmed booking was 062501052.I have made multiple follow ups on their customer care number @10246434800 but they keep making promises to refund the money in 3 days and never honor it. I have also requested for refund via email at [email protected] but it also remained unanswered. The amount to be refunded is INR 3978. I have been chasing travolook through the customer care number for the refund for the past 60 days but seems to have gone in vain. I request to take the matter at the earliest.
