My issue is I have booked a flight from travolook which is cancelled and I received the mail regarding cancellation of my flight and also received the message that I will get my refund within 5-10 working days but its more than a month now I haven’t received the refund amount.
The payment is deducted from freecharge wallet and credit card.
Transaction amount is 3434.
Transaction date: 13th July 2022.
Please Investigate this issue as the merchant is not able to help me in this regard. I have contacted him, he just telling me to wait wait and wait.
