The company charged me Rs.11614 for booking tickets with reference number REF564029871 but due to operational issue according to them the booking got cancelled. It has been one month but they are not refunding the money to my account despite giving the details of the account as asked by them over mail. They don’t want to connect to higher authority nor give proof that what is the issue with the refund. It seems they are taking money and deliberately not refunding it despite so many calls and e-mails. Everyday they say Ki wait for 24hrs
