Inbooked a flight from hyderabad to Lucknow on 24th June. Travolook cancelled my booking stating reason as fare expiration. The total amount is 6322 INR. The shocking thing is they mailed about cancelled booking but made a suspicious call stating it will take 7-10 days for refund which is nowhere written in their email. Is this some kindof a joke that you dont tel the customer about the policy and just bullshit onnthe call! Its been 26 days and ai have not got my refund till now. When I cal them- their customer service is bullshit as if they have hired bastards to talk to people on call! I will file a police complaint as well against this site! I want my money back . Bloody fraud site
