I booked a flight with these guys 2 months back and prepaid the amount. They cancelled my booking within 20 minutes of booking and said i will get refund within a week. I have been constantly trying to talk to them but their helpline number is either always way too busy or when they do pick up they make some excuse. Countless other people have faced similar problems with travolook. I still haven’t got a single ₹ and i dont think i will. Please dont trust these thugs with your hard earned money.
