I have book flight from pune to pune money were debited from my account and ticket got cancelled itself also aas soon as I contact the customer care they were like you will get it back within 7 to 10 working days. Its been a month or we can say more than month that I have not got my refund I have been contacting them every week but the response is zero they have stupid reasons for everything also every employee lies while speaking they even dont tell there real name when we ask. I have a recordings of all the calls I have with them.I want my money back since I do alot hardwork to earn it. This company is taking a benefit of our goodness.
