I am book my ticket throughout spicejet app on 2 may 2022 from pune to dubai I am selected DXBV airport but my ticket booked to DWC airport so I was cancel my booking within in half an our but they told me I will get half amount of my booking amount. But in his website if customer cancel ticket with in 24 hrs then they get full refund. Plz see attached file. I am also try spicejet customer care number 100 time but there was not connected, I am also emailing spicejet and visit there office in lohegoan pune office but still my problem not solved. And I still not get a single penny of my refund plz do the needful
