On June 1st my refund request was approved by qnet international and was informed that the amount will be credited within 30 working days. It’s been nearly 2 months and there is no sign of refund,after being in contact with the company customer center they have no response on my refund, they have not gave me a certain date. It’s after been charged about one tenth of the amount of the order by them(58us dollars and other charges costs about another 4500 approx).i do not find this fair, I don’t mind being charged by the company if they have fulfilled my refund within a month or so called their 30 working days. I’m facing financial difficulties now. I kindly request to look into it
