Dear sir/madam,
i have placed an order of puma rick point shoes @1890/- from paytm mall againest order id.6138193267 at date 28.09.2018.I received it and return back due to size.refund of 378/- i have get already but balance of 1512/- are hanging till now i have send my bank details 3 times for NEFT and call custmer care 3 or 4 time continously 50 and 60 muntie but no one take my call for very long time and not give any response me on paytm ,email and call back.Now 1 month has passed but problem as it is.
please give me right solvetion.
