i booked bus ticket from paytm (book id no 6746652764) i didn’t even get the seat in bus. when i complaint about this paytm customer care said that they will refund the ticket but now they say that operator deny that i was not present at the boarding point. my first complaint was before the journey of the bus. i already reached there 1 hour before the departure of the bus. i dont know what the backed team and customer service doing. they dont know what i have experienced that time.bus operator also said about the refund but paytm customer care just said that refund is not possible . i paid for the seat which i never got.i travelled in the bus without taking the seat that i had already paid. i never expect this type of service and feedback from paytm. Not even giving a proper reply to the customer.customer care senior executive also misguided me.
