I paid 10,949 on July 31 2024 to new jaisa for a laptop. When i received it, it would not start. I immediately called their tech support.
When they did nothing, I initiated a return which finally happened on Aug 17, 2:31pm. New jaisa associate Mr.krishnamadasi picked up the laptop.
Since that time, all my calls are falling on deaf ears. When i ask for my refund, newjaisa is initiating pickup!!!
