I had booked ticket from Mumbai to Dusseldorf in Feb-2020 for the travel in month of May-2020 via make my trip (MMT). But I had cancelled the tickets in the Month of April2020. I have sent many emails to them but they say it is in process.
It has been 3 months I have not received my refund.
