I had booked a British Airways flight from Leeds to Mumbai for my daughter on 19th March 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airlines on 18th March 2020. I had raised a refund request to Make my trip since 25th march 2020 but have not received any resolution till date. I have again raised a refund request on 9th October and they reverted that there was a no show and hence charges will be deducted. I am not able to understand how can they say there was no show for a cancelled flight. All my emails since March 2020 have not been responded to and their call centre numbers are not working or IVR does not give the correct options for flight enquiries. I am struggling for 7 months for the refund. Please help.
