I was suppose to fly from Tel Aviv (Israel) to New Delhi (India) via Air India on 27th April 2021, but, I cancelled my ticket on 24th April 2021. The flight booking was done through Make My Trip and I’m eligible for refund amount of 43708 INR. It’s been awhile and Make My Trip isn’t reachable via email, phone or any other means. Somehow I reached their customer care and they aren’t ready to say anything about the refund. There are many others who didn’t get the refund from MMT. Please help.
