We’re asking for a refund since this agency is not properly addressing our concerns and they are not also transparent with their customers. They will start engaging with you when you are telling them that you will deposit a payment. After you send them the deposit slip. They will not even bother to confirm it unless you will be the one to follow up it. The process of booking is too hassle and bothersome. You are not even sure if you could have a flight going to our destination because they will going to provide you the E ticket 1-2 days before your flight. They are not also responsive. They didn’t even discuss with us once they issued the voucher the DP is not refundable anymore. How come they will not refund our money, We don’t have a confirm booking with the hotels or even a flight ticket.
