I have ordered realme band(₹2290) from flipkart on september 23 2021 by using Sbi debit card.my order id OD122924753401287000 ..product was delivered on 30 september 2021..but the product was damaged so i initiate return and ask for refund.. technical person came and checked and conformed the damage..after that product was returnd..after that they told me refund will be credited within 8th october..but still i am not getting my refund..flipkart told that seller credited your amount..i checked with my bank also but no amount received..i contacted flipkart customer care and ask for refund they told me to send bank your bank statement..i continuously send bank statement and raise the isuue..but nothing happens,.28 days gone but still not getting refund..there is no response from flipkart..please help me to solve this issue
