Text of Complaint by BHASYAKARLA VIHARI:

Hello sir, I am BHASYAKARLA VIHARI.

I’m  bank account holder at kotak Mahindra Bank. Sir on march 7th 2020 I have paid Flipkart 19999 from my kotak Mahindra Bank through UPI. And unfortunately I have cancelled the order and Flipkart has initiated the refund on 8 march 2020. And they have provided me e refund reference number (a r n ). Flipkart said that the amount of 19999 will be credited to my account on 24th march 2020. After 24th march 2020 I have been in contact with Flipkart, Google pay and kotak Bank. And Flipkart is blaming kotak and kotak is blaming Flipkart. I have already raised the complaint against kotak in kotak tweets but they are not responding now please help me e to get my refund back immediately. And kindly check with the attachments. I’m sharing u the successful transaction towards flipkart also.
