I have placed an order for an AC under the order # : OD327243551582710100
on 6th of February 2023 . However after placing the order within a span of 3-4 hours , I have cancelled the order. And the same is reflected in the tool as well.
Inspite of cancelling the order, the order has been delivered to me on the next day . I have asked the delivery guy not to deliver the order as it has been cancelled , however that guy is least bothered and just left the box over there.
I had to get in touch with Flipkart customer support and the agent stated to wait for 3-4 days so that the AC will be picked up and the refund will be processed. However even after 8 days, and after a minimum of 100 chats and 100 calls, I am still no where in terms of refund. No one is bothered to look at what happened and why is that refund is not processed .
