Sir,
Delhi based builder DELHI INFRATECH LTD.(CIN No.U70200DL2010PLC199170) cheated me on the pretext getting me Flat at L zone Dwarka,delhi,Project name is DELHI GATE.Duped me of rs 7.06 lakh .But now after passed more than 3 years no improvement is made with respect to project.During course of time,I have came to known that DDA has not issued any approval/License to any housing project under Land pooling Policy & addon , They are not registered builder nor their project DELHI GATE registered under RERA delhi as on today.Now they also refused to refund my booking amount. Not picking calls n replying mails.
Sir pls help me out in realising my hard earned money I was chasing them,by calls n mails,since June 2019 but of no use.

Please send your complaint to dcp.eow@delhipolice.gov.in at the earliest, there is already a case registered against them and I have also filed a case against them.
Also, give a written complaint to EOW , Police station , Mandir Marg Complex, New Delhi
They must refund our har earned money!
Two directors have been arrested by EOW. Guys, please gather everyone and let us dist about recovery.

My name is Saswata Gupta.
I paid Delhi Infratech Rs. 4.5 lacs for their L Zone, Dwarka under PPP Scheme.
It is more than 3 years that payment has been made but they haven’t started any construction.
They are not picking up phones and both their offices at Vikaspuri and Janakpuri are closed.
