I booked a ticket on 22nd January 2022 thru cleartrip mobile app and the payment failed but the money has been deducted from my account(Axis bank credit card). On the app it is showing a refund initiated and should reflect the same within 3-12 working days but still i didn’t get any refund.
I’m chasing to them more than 2 months but there is no response, i tried many times called to mentioned number but only recorded message and no response on complaint.
