I have 3 profit club card and amount due is Rs. 30000. I am trying to reach Big Bazaar customer care, but not connecting. Also Big Bazaar email id care@bigbazaar.com inbox is full. I try send email to initiate my refund but i am getting message “Your message to was automatically rejected: Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)” . Customer care number also not working.
Now how can raise a request to initiate for refund.
