Text of Complaint by Abhishek Kumar:

I will got a refund from Amozon E commerce on 17 July 20 against my order but refund of rs 4331 doesn’t credited on 17 July 20. Then I will  call customer care then said refund was processed on 11 July 20 at 2.50 am .so put a charge disputes form .when I call SBI customer care they refused to put a any file because they said that beneficiary had no any right to file this disputes kindly call amozon customers care and said they can had to put charge disputes form.

Along l also attached all essential documents required for investigation.

So pls help me
